Qualifications

• BA in Applied Social Care Work (level 7/8) is required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to organisational policies and procedures; ensure Health and Safety of young people.
• Build therapeutic relationships and support Care Plans/Placement Plans.
• Attend meetings, participate in safeguarding, and support family time and education.
• Collaborate with professionals; assist with inspections and audits.
• Maintain records, handovers, and daily recording systems.
• Fulfill keyworker or health and safety roles as assigned.
