Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a proactive Chief of Staff to partner with a senior executive in a fully remote, international setting. You will implement structure, accountability, and efficient processes across multiple businesses, driving priority alignment, governance, and high-impact decisions.

You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and lead cross-functional efforts while leveraging AI-enabled tools to boost productivity and reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Chief of Staff or similar coordination role.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and handling shifting priorities.
• Experience with Notion, Asana, or similar tools is a plus.
• Ability to operate in a remote, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master overview of active projects across multiple businesses, tracking deadlines, owners, and next steps.
• Anticipate outstanding approvals, responses, and action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Review materials for the executive and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Serve as a point of contact for investors and other stakeholders; communicate professionally in meetings, by phone, and by email.
• Triage incoming messages, draft correspondence, and prioritize requests.
• Establish and maintain project management systems using tools like Notion or Asana.
• Research and implement AI-powered tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Develop processes, templates, and documentation to ensure continuity.
• Manage a dynamic calendar across multiple time zones and prepare meeting materials.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel.
• Maintain alignment across distributed teams and a nonprofit initiative.
