Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Program Manager within the Global Business Organization's Talent Solutions to partner with LTS sales leadership and drive strategic initiatives across a matrixed environment.

You will own cadence planning, prioritize initiatives, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to move the business forward—translating strategy into action for global growth, while shaping how teams work together.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management or similar in a matrixed org.
• 5+ years cross-functional experience across regional/global teams.
• 5+ years in B2B tech, SaaS, or platform businesses with GTM exposure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP Sales Leadership to deliver LTS strategic priorities.
• Steer development and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Lead rhythm of business meetings, OKRs, QBRs, and planning.
• Project manage strategic initiatives to support the growth of LTS.
• Build processes to improve cross-functional prioritization.
• Bridge macro and micro level implications across teams.
• Use data-driven analysis to inform recommendations.
• Learn quickly, be agile, and own global workstreams.
• Influence at all levels; mentor others on program management.
• Provide frameworks and resources for teams to succeed.
