Job summary

The Bosun in Cork is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen team. You will manage your own section, prepare dishes and cook to a high standard, with a focus on fresh seafood, steaks and seasonal specials.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and ensure HACCP and food hygiene standards are maintained, while collaborating with a skilled kitchen crew. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with minimum two years in a professional kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a professional kitchen.
• Seafood/grill experience desirable.
• HACCP and food safety knowledge preferred.
• Ability to manage your own section and work under pressure.

Responsibilities
