Job Description

We are looking for one more person to join our kitchen team — especially with the busy Christmas season just around the corner! We are looking for a Chef de Partie who enjoys working with meat and fish and has a passion for good food and fine dining.

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years' experience as a CDP, or strong Demi CDP experience
• Good skills in meat & fish preparation and cooking
• High standards and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety
• Someone reliable, hardworking and easy to work with
• Full legal permission to work in Ireland is essential
