Job summary

Okras Seafood & Snax is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our Cork team. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes while ensuring HACCP and high standards of hygiene and safety. Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen.

Location: Centre Park Road, Cork. Salary: €36,605 per year with 39 hours per week; €18.05 per hour. Eligible for Ireland work permits as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have a HACCP qualification/training.
• Candidate must have minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes.
• Monitor food production and waste control.
• Maintain food hygiene standards during service.
