Job summary

Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen and support a team delivering exceptional guest dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of kitchen experience, be flexible to work morning and evening shifts, including public holidays, and be committed to HACCP standards and teamwork. This role forms part of Windward Management’s portfolio and offers development opportunities within the Windward Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy kitchen.
• Available to work a mixture of morning and evening shifts and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside our team of chefs to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
• Work as part of a team to deliver quality service.
• Take direction from department managers and monitor food quality and hygiene standards.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
