Role & Responsibilities
All our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards. Your role with us will include:
Work along side our team of chefs to ensure the overall smooth running of the kitchen.
Work alongside the Pastry Chef to create and delivery high quality dishes
To produce high quality products for service
To work alongside the F&B team to deliver high quality service
To contribute to all dessert menus with appropriate dishes and suggestions.
Work as part of a team to deliver quality service.
Take direction from department managers and to assist in the monitoring of food quality and hygiene standards.
Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year in a similar role in a busy kitchen
The ideal candidate must be available to work a mixture of morning & evening shifts and public holidays

The advertised pay range represents the salary available for this role. Final starting salary will be determined within this range, based on relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and business requirements.
