Job summary

Hogs & Heifers, part of the Wright Bar Group, has opened a new restaurant at Liffey Valley Shopping Centre and is recruiting a full-time Chef de Partie through Hospitality Recruitment.

The role is based on site in Dublin 22, involves working on hot and cold kitchen sections, ensuring food quality and timely preparation for customers, assisting with stock, supporting head and sous chefs during service, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and cooking to order.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years chef work experience.
• Experience in professional cookery.

Responsibilities

• Working on different sections of our large kitchen, hot and cold kitchen.
• Making sure food is of the right quality and is produced on time for customers.
• Help managing stock.
• Assisting the head and sous chefs during service.
• Helping with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
• Cooking food to order.
