Qualificações

• Experience in a busy professional kitchen as Chef de Partie.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Strong food preparation and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure high standards.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain quality.
• Assist with food preparation, plating and station management.
