Job summary

Pitch Golf Dublin Limited is seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to join a team that delivers high-quality dishes. The role entails preparing, cooking and presenting menu items, while supporting Head and Sous Chefs with menu development and dish innovation.

You will monitor food and waste, ensure HACCP documentation is current, and uphold strict hygiene and safety standards in a fast-paced environment at 60 Dawson Street, Dublin 2.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and good work ethic.
• High standards of food hygiene, health, and safety.
• Passionate about delivering great food and presentation of offering.
• Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes.
• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development and dish creation.
• Monitor food waste and ensure HACCP documentation is kept up-to-date.
