The Quays Bar and Restaurant in Galway City Centre, part of The Louis Fitzgerald Group, is hiring a Chef de Partie on a full-time basis. You will take ownership of a kitchen section, ensuring dishes are cooked to high standards, while upholding food safety and hygiene and assisting the Sous and Head Chefs during busy service.

We seek a candidate with 3+ years in a Chef de Partie role, solid hygiene knowledge, and a team-focused attitude. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
• Knowledge of and ability to maintain food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to support Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy service.
