Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Chef De Partie to assist in the kitchen under the guidance of Head and Sous Chefs, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene. You'll contribute to daily operations, support your team, and uphold HACCP rules.

Qualifications

• Passion for food and genuine interest in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with kitchen operations.
• Monitor food quality and hygiene standards as directed by managers.
• Follow Head Chef's guidance to maintain excellence and efficiency.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
• Support kitchen staff in hygiene practices during preparation and storage.
