Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc in Ireland is seeking a Chef De Partie to support the kitchen team with daily operations, quality control and HACCP compliance.

You will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef, maintain hygiene standards, supervise line cooks and help deliver exceptional meals across Dalata properties, working under pressure in a busy hotel kitchen. This role offers development opportunities through the Dalata Academy and the chance to contribute to guest experiences across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotels or similar kitchen role.
• Passion for food and hospitality.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of HACCP regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
• Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
• Follow the Head Chef's example of excellence and efficiency.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
• Support your fellow kitchen staff in observing appropriate systems of hygiene during food preparation and storage.

Your Job

• Have good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
