Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Chef De Partie to support the Head and Sous Chefs in running a busy kitchen at one of our hotels in Ireland. You will help maintain high food quality, hygiene standards and a professional, teamwork-driven environment.

The role offers development opportunities through the Dalata Academy and exposure to senior team members, with internal progression potential in a supportive, hospitality-focused group.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience working within hotels or in a similar role.
• Have a passion for and genuine interest in food.
• Have a mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members.
• Be a team player.
• Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Have good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
• Take direction from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
• Follow the Head Chef's example of excellence and efficiency.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
• Support fellow kitchen staff in observing hygiene during food preparation and storage.
