Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Chef De Partie to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen. You will help maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene while supporting the kitchen team in daily operations.

The role requires prior hotel experience, a passion for food, and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen. Dalata values internal promotion and development through its Academy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotels or similar role.
• Genuine interest and passion for food.
• Mature and pleasant manner with customers and team members.
• A team player who works well under pressure in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef & Sous Chef with overall kitchen operations.
• Take direction from managers and monitor food quality and hygiene standards.
• Follow Head Chef's example of excellence and efficiency.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
• Support fellow kitchen staff in hygiene during food preparation and storage.
