Job summary

Woodfield House Hotel in Limerick is seeking a Chef de Partie with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role to join our busy kitchen team. You will be expected to work across all kitchen sections and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

In this role you will support menu development, assist with stock rotation and cost controls, and ensure HACCP documentation is followed. Shifts include mornings, days and evenings across a seven-day week.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Be able to work in all areas of the kitchen
• Maintain clean and prepared workstations
• Be able to work under pressure with a positive attitude
• Comply with all HACCP legislation and documentation
• Assist with menu development
• Assist with stock rotation, wastage and cost controls
• Be available to work a mix of mornings, days and evenings over the seven day week
