You will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards, manage staff in your section, and contribute to menu development while upholding HACCP and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage your designated kitchen section to ensure high-quality dishes.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and team on food preparation and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and safety policies at all times.
• Delegate tasks to kitchen assistants and junior staff; supervise workflow.
• Contribute to menu development with creative dish ideas and current trends.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize delivery checks and stock rotation.
