Castleknock Golf Club, Diswellstown, Dublin 15 is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie or senior commis seeking advancement.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes.
• Manage your section and ensure timely prep.
• Follow recipes and presentation standards for consistency.
• Oversee stock levels and order efficiently.
• Maintain hygiene and HACCP compliance.
• Support during service and assist other sections.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Monitor ingredient quality and club standards.
• Assist with events and special functions.
