The OFL Catering Company Limited - Burger Boy in Bray, Co. Wicklow, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen brigade. You will prepare, season and cook high-quality dishes within your section and support menu development.

Reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chefs, you will supervise junior staff, maintain hygiene and safety standards, liaise with suppliers, and help ensure timely service. Minimum experience in a professional kitchen is required, with passion for quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering high-quality dishes and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, season and cook high-quality dishes within your assigned section of the kitchen.
• Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for seasonal and innovative dishes.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Monitor and maintain hygiene, food safety and health and safety standards at all times.
• Liaise with suppliers to check the quality of ingredients and ensure correct stock rotation.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to coordinate kitchen operations and ensure timely service.
