KENBERGAL LIMITED in Galway is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our expanding kitchen, with a starting salary of €36,605 to €38,000 per year and on-site accommodation available for employees. This role supports the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain high standards in a busy kitchen.

You will work with the team to deliver top-class meals, follow HACCP guidelines, and ensure daily kitchen operations run smoothly in a collaborative environment.

Job Description

Pay: €36,650.00-€38,000.00 per year

Job Description: As we expand into our new kitchen a role has come available for a Chef de Partie to join our growing team. Own Room accommodation is available "On Site" for employees of the company.

The Role:

• - Assisting the Head chef and Sous Chef in preparing and presenting all dishes to our high standards.
• - Working with the team to consistently deliver top class food.
• - Adhering to food hygiene practices, HACCP compliance, and kitchen safety protocols.
• - Supporting both chefs in the day to day running of the kitchen.
• - Starting salary of €36,605 based on a 39 hour week.
