Job summary

Forrest Little Golf Club in Swords, Co. Dublin, invites applications for a Chef de Partie. You will support the Head Chef in a busy kitchen, ensuring high-quality dishes, handling purchase orders, and keeping up to date with the latest products and preparation techniques. The position requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience, with Level 5 (Leaving Cert) or equivalent in Food Production. Flexibility, teamwork, and HACCP knowledge are desirable traits.
