Job summary

The Fitzwilliam Hotel, located at 127/128 Saint Stephen's Green, Dublin 2, is hiring a Chef de Partie (3). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in traditional cuisine and be hardworking, capable of producing high-quality foods for both the department and internal standards.

This is a full-time, 39-hour per week role with a salary of €36,605 per year. Applicants should hold Level 5 qualifications (or demonstrate relevant experience) and possess English at C1-Advanced.
