Job summary

Sugar Loaf in Dublin 1 is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team. You will be preparing, cooking and presenting dishes; monitoring food quality and waste; and upholding HACCP standards in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience, high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and the ability to work under pressure. This full-time position is based at 80 Dorset Street Lower, Dublin 1, with a 39-hour week.
