Job summary

Biosense Webster, Inc., part of Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting a Technical Specialist for Ireland. You will deliver full clinical support to Biosense Webster accounts, drive business plans in UKIRL, and collaborate with the regional team to optimize customer experience and maximize sales.

The role demands expertise in EP lab settings, strong clinical and customer training capabilities, and close coordination with regional management to meet sales targets and product rollout strategies.

Qualifications

• Cardiac physiology experience of 3+ years, EP training preferred
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly
• Capacity to gain in-depth product knowledge and communicate with EP lab stakeholders
• Self-disciplined, organized, and ownership minded
• Motivated to succeed in a demanding role
• Team player and independent thinker
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Full and clean driving license

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets for the geographic area
• Increase catheter utilization in Electrophysiology to gain market share
• Provide clinical support for CARTO 3 Coverage
• Deliver customer training and transfer knowledge for independent use of BSW kit
• Attend mandatory and external training programmes to maintain knowledge
• Collaborate with RBM, Clinical Training Lead and others to achieve sales targets
• Execute key marketing strategies, including new product rollouts
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders
• Develop in-depth understanding of customer needs at clinical and non-clinical levels
• Keep knowledge of competitor products and strategies current
• Apply Credo principles in all interactions with customers
