Qualifications

• Cardiac physiology experience of 3+ years, including EP training and responsibilities.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships quickly.
• Ability to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge and communicate with EP lab stakeholders.
• Self-disciplined, organized, and able to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets for the geographic area.
• Increase catheter utilization in Electrophysiology to gain market share.
• Provide clinical support for CARTO 3 Navigation System coverage.
• Deliver customer training plans and transfer knowledge to users.
• Complete mandatory training and participate in local/abroad programs.
• Collaborate with Regional teams to drive sales and market share.
• Execute marketing strategies and roll out new products.
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of customer needs to tailor solutions.
