Johnson & Johnson Biosense Webster Ireland is seeking a Technical Specialist based in Ireland to provide full clinical support to Biosense Webster accounts across the region. This full-time role collaborates with the UK/IRL team to drive business targets and deliver product training.

You will build relationships with EP labs, deliver training on CARTO 3, maintain regulatory and training standards, and stay current with product portfolio while enabling customers to use systems effectively.

Qualificações

• Cardiac physiology experience of 3+ years, to include EP training and responsibility preferred.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written communication.
• Full & clean driving license.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Ability to gain in-depth product knowledge and communicate effectively with stakeholders within the EP lab.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed sales targets for the geographic area.
• Increase catheter utilization in Electrophysiology to gain market share and achieve sales targets.
• Provide clinical support for cases performed with the CARTO 3 Navigation System.
• Deliver customer training plans and transfer knowledge to empower customers to use Biosense Webster kit effectively.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Manager, Clinical Training Lead and others to develop activities to achieve sales targets and differentiate from competition.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor products and strategies in the local market.
