Job summary

Biosense Webster, Inc., a Johnson & Johnson company, is recruiting a Technical Specialist in Ireland to deliver full clinical support, train accounts, and drive business plans within the UKIRL region. The TS will collaborate with the Sales Specialist and Regional Manager to optimize customer experience and maximize share opportunities across Ireland and Northern UK.

You will meet targets, increase EP catheter use, provide CARTO 3 coverage, and deliver comprehensive training while staying current

Qualifications

• Cardiac Physiology experience of 3+ years, to include EP training and responsibility preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets in the territory.
• Increase catheter utilisation in Electrophysiology to gain market share and meet sales targets.
• Provide Clinical Support for CARTO 3 Navigation System coverage.
• Deliver customer training plans and transfer knowledge for effective tool use.
• Comply with mandatory training and attend local and abroad programmes.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Manager and teams to achieve sales targets and market share.
• Execute key marketing strategies including new product roll-out.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key KOLs and stakeholders.
• Develop in-depth understanding of customers' clinical and non-clinical needs to tailor solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors' products and strategies; apply Credo principles.
