Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Biosense Webster in Ireland is recruiting a Technical Specialist to provide full clinical support and training across accounts in the UKIRL region. The TS will work with the Sales Specialist to drive business plans, deliver product training, and maximize sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires cardiac physiology experience (3+ years) with EP exposure, fluent English, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Cardiac physiology experience of 3+ years with EP training preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate complex product and procedure knowledge to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer development and training plans with clinical support across Biosense Webster accounts in Ireland/UK & Ireland region.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Manager and other TS/SS to achieve sales targets and market share.
• Deliver comprehensive training and knowledge transfer for CARTO 3 Navigation System usage.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor products and market strategies.
• Adhere to Credo principles in all customer interactions.
