DöhlerGroup is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Support professional to partner with customers and Sales teams in Cameroon, ensuring a seamless Lead-to-Cash process. You will coordinate customer requests and support commercial activities while building trusted relationships that drive customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/commerce or equivalent.
• Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, or customer service.
• Strong customer orientation and relationship-building.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for existing and prospective customers, providing responsive support.
• Coordinate Lead-to-Cash activities and order processing with sales teams.
• Support daily commercial activities and account management with Account Managers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely communication and follow-through.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
