Job summary

DigiStor is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Contract to Hire) to drive qualified opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will manage rapid inbound lead follow-up while performing targeted outbound prospecting, discovery, and quoting to support Account Executives and channel partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales or B2B experience.
• Strong telephone, email, and written communication skills.
• Experience using a CRM to manage leads, contacts, activities, and opportunities.
• Ability to learn secure storage, cybersecurity, enterprise hardware terminology.
• Ability to work with geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from the website, campaigns, events, referrals, partners, and other lead sources.
• Qualify and route opportunities to Account Executives, channel partners, or internal teams.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely CRM data (accounts, contacts, leads, activities, opportunities).
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and prepare account context and history.
• Support Account Executives and partners with prospecting, follow-up, and opportunity hygiene.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, lead scoring, and handoff to sales.
