Job summary

IT Search in Dublin 12 seeks a Business Processes & Systems Analyst to own delivery, support and continuous improvement of enterprise systems. The role is business-facing and onsite in Dublin 12, coordinating with stakeholders, vendors and partners to translate requirements into practical system improvements.

You will lead system transformation workstreams, gather and document requirements, and drive process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting, improving or implementing business-critical systems (ERP, CRM, DMS, or comparable enterprise platforms).
• Ability to gather requirements and bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.
• Good project delivery and change management experience, including testing, training and adoption.
• Exposure to system integration, reporting, analytics or workflow automation projects.
• Industry experience in wholesale, logistics, distribution, automotive or another operationally complex environments would be a bonus.

Job description

Business Processes & Systems Analyst opportunity with an established distribution and services group based in Dublin 12. This is a broad, business-facing role with responsibility for the delivery, support and continuous improvement of systems used across the organisation. As such it does require this person to be onsite in Dublin 12.

The role will suit someone who can move comfortably between business stakeholders, technical teams, software vendors and implementation partners, translating operational requirements into practical system improvements.

Package

• 65-80k starting base salary, depending on experience
• Defined contribution pension with employer matching of up to 5%.
