Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Power BI and data analysis experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP platforms.
• Understanding of data structures and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes and requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for delivery teams.
• Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends and improvements.

As part of continued growth, they are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their Dublin-based team.

The Opportunity

This is a highly visible role acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will work closely with a specialist operational function responsible for complex financial and royalty allocation processes, helping to identify improvements, define requirements, analyse data, and deliver technology solutions that drive business performance.

The role offers significant autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders across the organisation, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining business analysis, data insights, and systems improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and requirements
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for technical delivery teams
• Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Support the enhancement and optimisation of business-critical systems and workflows
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations to support decision-making
• Act as a liaison between operational teams and technology functions throughout project delivery
• Contribute to systems implementation and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

• 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced experience with Power BI and data analysis
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise platforms
• Strong understanding of data structures and reporting
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
