We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join a growing team supporting projects across multiple locations throughout Ireland.
This is a highly varied and people-facing position that will involve significant travel to client and operational sites across Ireland. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand how their teams currently operate, gather business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement and support the delivery of new processes and systems.
The position would suit someone at the beginning of their Business Analysis career who is confident communicating with different stakeholders, enjoys getting out into the business rather than being desk-based, and is keen to develop their BA and project experience.
We are looking for someone who has:
This position requires a significant amount of travel throughout Ireland.
The successful candidate must be comfortable travelling regularly to different sites and spending a considerable portion of their working week away from a fixed office location.
A full Irish driving licence and access to a car are essential.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are adaptable, personable and comfortable working directly with people on-site. Extensive BA experience isn't required — attitude, communication skills and the willingness to learn are equally important.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain broad Business Analysis experience while working across a variety of projects, stakeholders and locations.
You'll gain hands-on exposure to requirements gathering, process improvement, stakeholder management, system implementation and project delivery, with the opportunity to develop into a more senior Business Analyst position over time.
