Job summary

RITTS is seeking a Business Analyst to influence business evolution through governance, process improvement and transformation. This hybrid Dublin South role will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams on enterprise-wide initiatives, including Salesforce CRM projects.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, gather requirements, map processes and contribute to adoption across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering projects in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
