Job summary

Darwin Hawkins is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their internal systems team in Dublin on a hybrid basis. You will work with business and tech stakeholders to understand requirements, map processes and drive improvements across multiple systems and transformation initiatives.

You will gather and document requirements, identify opportunities for automation and ensure solutions meet business needs, while balancing priorities across several projects in a fast-paced tech

• Experience gathering requirements and mapping processes.

• Experience across systems, transformation, integration or process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
