Armont Recruitment has partnered with a well-established Irish organisation seeking an experienced Business Processes & Systems Analyst to join their IT team based in Dublin.

The role focuses on delivering, supporting and improving business-critical systems across the Group, contributing to a major technology transformation programme and ensuring strong connections between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business-critical systems within a complex operational environment.
• Experience implementing or supporting ERP, CRM or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong project delivery, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to connect business requirements with technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead business workstreams relating to a significant systems transformation programme.
• Manage and enhance business-critical applications across the Group.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
• Partner with key departments and manage relationships with external software providers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through technology and automation.
• Coordinate testing, training, data migration and change management activities.
• Oversee integrations, reporting platforms and effective data flows between systems.
• Monitor system performance, risks and opportunities for ongoing improvement across the wider organisation.

Armont Recruitment have partnered with a well-established Irish organisation seeking an experienced Business Processes & Systems Analyst to join their IT team based in Dublin.

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this opportunity will be responsible for the delivery, support and improvement of business-critical systems across the Group, while contributing to a major technology transformation programme.

This role will suit a commercially aware systems professional with experience across ERP, CRM or other enterprise platforms who can connect business stakeholders, technical teams and external software partners.

The Role

• Automotive, distribution or retail experience would be advantageous.
