Job summary

Stelfox Tech Recruitment is seeking a proactive Business Systems Support Analyst in Dublin to act as the bridge between IT, HR, business stakeholders and external vendors. You'll support, maintain, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, Oracle NetSuite and related systems to ensure HR and core business processes run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar ERP/HCM platforms.
• Strong HR processes knowledge and system workflows.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and MSPs.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience supporting integrations between business systems.
• Knowledge of data management, reporting, and testing practices.

Job description

Location: Dublin, Ireland (5 Days Onsite non negotiable)

We are seeking a proactive and business-focused Business Systems Support Analyst to serve as the key liaison between IT, HR, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

The successful candidate will support, maintain, and enhance key business applications including SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, Oracle NetSuite, and related systems.

This role is critical to ensuring HR and integrated business systems operate efficiently while supporting digital transformation initiatives within a fast-paced construction environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years relevant experience supporting enterprise business applications
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar ERP/HCM platforms
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and system workflows
• Experience working with third-party vendors and managed service providers
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Experience supporting integrations between business systems
• Knowledge of data management, reporting, and system testing practices
