Job summary

Md7 International Communications in Dublin is seeking a Site Acquisition Consultant who will locate and secure optimal rental sites for mobile antenna locations across Germany on behalf of clients. With your negotiation skills, you’ll build partnerships with landlords, conduct site visits, and ensure that lease agreements are successfully completed.

You will negotiate leases, build landlord partnerships, conduct site visits and manage data in our LiveTrack system, with uncapped commissions

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1+) and basic English required.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• High self-motivation and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• New Acquisition: reach out to landlords from initial contact to signing
• Negotiations: negotiate and sign lease agreements

Then the position of Business Development Specialist – or as we call it at MD7: Site Acquisition Consultant – could be just right for you!

As a Site Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be responsible for finding and securing optimal rental locations for mobile antenna sites across Germany on behalf of our clients. With your negotiation skills, you’ll build partnerships with landlords, conduct site visits, and ensure that lease agreements are successfully completed.

DAY-TO-DAY

• Lead generation : Search for suitable antenna locations and identification of potential landlords
• New Acquisition: Reaching out to potential landlords and managing the process from the initial contact to contract signing
• Negotiations: Confidently negotiating and signing lease agreements
• Data Management: Maintaining up-to-date information in our custom software, LiveTrack
• Site visits : Visiting potential or already acquired sites when necessary

YOUR PROFILE

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German (C1+)
• Basic English language skills
• Ability to communicate in a solution-oriented manner
• Exceptional attention to detail and efficient time management skills
• High self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Strong negotiation skills are an advantage
