Job summary

MD7 is seeking a Site Acquisition Consultant in Dublin, offering a hybrid work model. You will search for suitable mobile antenna locations and identify landlords, then reach out and manage the process from initial contact to lease signing.

You will negotiate lease Agreements, conduct site visits, and ensure data is accurately maintained in LiveTrack. Fluency in German (C1+) and basic English are required, with strong communication and negotiation skills and high attention to detail.

• Excellent written and spoken communication in German.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: identify antenna locations and potential landlords.
• New Acquisition: contact landlords and manage process to contract signing.
• Negotiations: negotiate and sign lease agreements.
• Data Management: maintain data in LiveTrack.
• Site visits: visit potential sites as needed.
