Cpl Healthcare in Ireland is seeking a German-speaking Outbound Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing tech team newly launched in the Irish market. You will identify promising companies, partner with Account Executives, craft tailored messaging, and help shape the outbound strategy from Dublin Temple Bar.

The role blends direct outreach with collaboration across teams, demands 1+ year BDR experience, fluency in German and English, and a proactive, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in an inbound or outbound BDR role at a marketing technology company (preferred).
• Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
