Job summary

MD7 is looking for a dedicated Business Development Specialist (Site Acquisition Consultant) based in Dublin. You will find and secure optimal rental locations for mobile antenna sites across Germany, negotiate partnerships with landlords, and manage lease agreements.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication in German and basic English, strong attention to detail, and negotiation skills. Enjoy a hybrid working model and an extensive benefits package that includes uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German (C1+).
• Ability to communicate in a solution-oriented manner.
• Exceptional attention to detail and efficient time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Search for suitable antenna locations and identification of potential landlords.
• Reaching out to potential landlords and managing the process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Confidently negotiating and signing lease agreements.
• Maintaining up-to-date information in our custom software, LiveTrack.
• Visiting potential or already acquired sites when necessary.
