Archer is seeking motivated sales professionals to step into a high-earning B2B role in Dublin. We train candidates from non-IT backgrounds to become top-earning Business Development Consultants, covering the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with expert mentorship.

You bring drive and a solid sales baseline; we provide a base €38,000 plus uncapped commission, a 13-step pathway to Director, and an on-site Dublin team culture Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 9+ months of direct sales experience.
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
• Based in Dublin, able to work on-site Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and manage key accounts across the full sales cycle.
