Archer is expanding its Dublin team and seeks a driven Sales Executive to Business Development Representative. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting new accounts and growing existing client relationships within IT recruitment.

Expect accelerated career progression to Account Executive, exposure to C-suite decision-makers, and uncapped commissions with a strong earning potential—OTE €53k first year,€112k+ in 2.5 years.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years in a target-driven sales environment (incl. at least 9 months).
• Work Authorization: EU Passport, UK Passport, or Stamp 4 Visa.
• Location: on-site in Dublin 1 office (Mon-Fri).

Responsibilities

• Own deals from initial outreach to closing; end-to-end sales ownership.
• Prospect and win new business; scale existing client relationships in B2B IT recruitment.
• Engage with C-suite and leaders across Pharma, MedTech, Finance sectors.
