Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative in Ireland who will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account management. You will operate with autonomy and contribute to rapid growth as the company expands into Europe.

You will participate in a merit-based environment with clear promotion pathways and monthly compensation that combines base salary, commission, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 1 year in sales (Inside Sales Executive, Business Sales Consultant, SDR, BDR, Account Executive or similar roles)
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa
