Job summary

Kelco Communications is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to promote Vodafone solutions to SMEs in Clare. You will build relationships, identify opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Ideal candidates bring strong negotiation skills, a results-driven mindset, and experience with CRM and Microsoft Office. A full driving licence is essential for field activity and client visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, especially in telecoms is a bonus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven with a hunger to succeed
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with a clean Irish driving licence

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and win new business within the SME market
• Build strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients
• Understand customer needs and deliver tailored Vodafone solutions
• Present and demonstrate a full suite of products (mobile, broadband, IoT, and more)
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Deliver a high standard of customer experience throughout
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
