Job summary

Kelco Communications Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive Vodafone sales in the SME market in Clare. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with clients, present Vodafone solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

This role offers an OTE of €60,000+ with a base of €35,000-€37,000 plus uncapped commission, a quarterly bonus, a company car and fuel card, mobile phone and lunch allowance, and ongoing training and clear career

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in telecoms or similar is a plus.
• Strong communicator with negotiation skills.
• Full, clean Irish driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and win new business within the SME market.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and tailor Vodafone solutions.
• Present full product suite (mobile, broadband, IoT, and more).
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Deliver a high standard of customer experience throughout.
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
