Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant at our Dublin office, with full training provided to transition from customer service to a thriving recruitment career. You will learn through tailored modules, build relationships with candidates and clients, and own your desk with mentorship and a transparent promotion path.

Base salary starts at €34,000 plus an initial bonus of €4,000 and an uncapped commission scheme, with performance bonuses and incentives including an annual company

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a customer-facing or customer service role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Work authorization: EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
• Location: Fully office-based in Dublin 1, Monday–Friday.
