Job summary

DGH Recruitment is assisting a Dublin-based client in finding a Business Analyst for a 10-month contract, hybrid 2/3 days in the Dublin office with remaining days remote. The role focuses on identifying business needs, mapping current ways of working, defining requirements, and supporting delivery of practical solutions to boost efficiency, consistency and user experience across the firm.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years combined experience in BA/PM or related roles, with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 7–10 years combined experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid role.
• Experience in structured project delivery.
• Experience developing business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, testing plans, and operational readiness artefacts.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• A relevant BA qualification (BCS or IIBA).

Business Analyst – Hybrid 2/3dpw – Dublin- 10 month contract - 550 EUR per day

My client are looking for a Business Analyst to join them for a 10 month contract. Based out of their Dublin office, they are looking for a Business Analyst who can work across the firm, supporting their Process Improvement Programme.

The focus will be on identifying business needs, understanding ways of working, defining the requirements and supporting the delivery of practical solutions to improve efficiency, consistency and user experience across the firm.

They are looking for Candidates with -

• Ideally 7–10 years combined experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid role within technology or business transformation.
• Experience in structured project delivery.
• Experience developing business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, testing plans, and operational readiness artefacts.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
• A relevant business analysis qualification, for example BCS or IIBA

Previous experience working within the financial services, fund administration or banking sectors is highly desirable for this opportunity.

This role is a 10 month contract position, offering 550 EUR per day

They have a hybrid working policy of 2/3 days per week in the Dublin office and the remainder worked remote.
