Job summary

Sabeo in Dublin City Centre is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst for an initial 6-month daily-rate contract. The role is hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days onsite per week, and will involve close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams and leadership across multiple initiatives.

You will contribute to the design and implementation of IT solutions, drive process improvements, map data flows, gather requirements and support testing, ensuring alignment with regulatory

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT/change management.
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile project delivery; skilled in process mapping.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative with strong cross-team relationships.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail and regulatory awareness.
• Commercial awareness and financial services experience.
• Knowledge of IT Software Development Lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Understand and map current processes and design new solutions.
• Document business and technical solutions with clarity.
• Lead workshops to elicit new requirements.
• Drive completion of BA deliverables and maintain traced requirements.
• Support development and QA during design, build and testing.
• Assist change management and implementation with proper documentation.
